Small Class Sizes (6 Max.)

Our micro classes are small enough for focused attention allowing the instructor to offer hands-on corrections and recommendations while still offering an intimate environment fostering community and connection.

Clinical Therapist Led

All classes are designed and taught by a registered massage therapist specializing in pain and rehabilitation. Classes are safe for all levels and abilities.
